These Terms of Use apply when you download, access, or use Meowchi. In these Terms, we, us, and our refer to the developer of Meowchi.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using Meowchi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Meowchi is a productivity app designed to make focusing more enjoyable through focus timers, progress tracking, virtual rewards, room decoration, ambient sounds, and other focus-related features.
Some features are available for free, while additional features may be available through Meowchi Pro.
Meowchi is provided for your personal use.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or commercially use the App or its content without permission. You may not attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or reproduce the App's source code or create unauthorized derivative versions of the App.
The software, characters, artwork, animations, designs, graphics, branding, and other original content in Meowchi are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes or interfere with its normal operation.
Meowchi may offer optional premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases.
Available purchases may include monthly or annual Meowchi Pro subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store: payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.
The price, billing period, and benefits of each option will be shown before you make a purchase.
Deleting Meowchi does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Payments, billing, cancellations, and refund requests made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
Meowchi uses third-party services that may have their own terms and policies.
RevenueCat helps Meowchi manage purchases, subscription status, and access to premium features. Payments made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple.
We work to keep Meowchi useful, reliable, and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available or operate without interruption or error.
We may update, improve, change, add, or remove features as Meowchi develops.
Some features may depend on your device, iOS version, permissions, or services provided by Apple or other third parties.
Your privacy is important to us.
Information collected or processed through Meowchi is handled as described in our Privacy Policies. Please review the Privacy Policies to understand how your information is collected and used.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, Meowchi.
The App is provided on an as available basis, and we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may update these Terms from time to time as Meowchi changes or as necessary to reflect legal or operational requirements.
Any updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date.
By continuing to use Meowchi after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
